Each blast solution we design is unique, and designed around the client. MM Engineering blast doors are independently tested. Unlike many products on the market, our blast defences are proven to withstand C15 blasts and remain fully operable.
A detailed look at the defensive requirements
Blast defence can come in many forms, often unique to the setting or scenario. Never ‘off the shelf’, our team undertakes full assessment of the containment areas and it’s structure, or evaluates and interprets an existing assessment or data where provided.
Each consultation is tailored to our customer’s needs. If little is known about the blast risks, then a report can be produced following a desktop study or on-site resilience survey. Other situations call for a more supporting role, offering advice or providing a second opinion on existing information. When it comes to defence there is no room for risk or error. Each product we design is backed by independent third party calculations, that give 100% confidence to us and our customers that our products will withstand blasts when called upon.
